This superb UK 1st and only MONO pressing of their first compilation album is on the yellow & black Parlophone label: PMC 7016

Both labels have the 'Sold in UK...' text and the 'The Gramophone Co.' rims.

Matrices: XEX 619-1G & XEX 620-1G

Stamper codes: 1/GRO & 3/GDL

Vinyl weight: 136g

Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback opening 'Garrod & Lofthouse' mono cover.

Complete with its original pink & white EMI advertising inner-sleeve:

 

CONDITION

Labels: MINT -

A very clean & unworn set bearing just a small handful of tiny spindle trails around each centre hole.

Visual: MINT -

Factory-fresh, deep-gloss playing surfaces which are unmarked and 'as new' in strong daylight, showing just a couple of wispy paper hairlines visible directly beneath halogen light.

Audio: MINT -

Played just a couple of times on quality equipment, all tracks play cleanly & clearly with no groove/playwear or any other audible issues.

Cover: EXCELLENT

A highly respectable, vibrant & strong cover with light storagewear only. The front panel is clean & glossy with just a single 'thumbnail' and a handful of spine wrinkles. There is slight bruising to the corners but both opening edge are unworn. The rear panel is clean & white where it should be with a touch of wear to the edge of the upper flipback only. Both seams are smooth and unstressed and the spine is clean & fully worded.

Inner-sleeve: MINT -
