Description
This is the original 1969 UK release of the ANDROMEDA single "GO YOUR WAY / KEEP OUT COS I'M DYING"
The single is an original first pressing on the RCA record label, numbered RCA 1854, and the matrix numbers in the vinyl runout are:
- side A : XGBK 0217 A1
I use the "Record Collectors Grading System" which can be viewed on the Record Collector website.
I use "+" and "-" to provide a more precise grading, where a record sits between 2 grades.
(I only use MINT for new, unplayed records)
VINYL
Audio Quality
During play test, the start of the lead-in groove on side A stays in that groove. Therefore, the record has to be played by dropping the stylus into the lead-in groove preceding the start of the record. Otherwise, it played almost like a new record, and is hence rated EX
Visual Appearance
Visually the vinyl has no scratches, and in very good shape for a single of this age.
The vinyl is rated as EX for visual appearance
COVER
The cover is the original RCA paper cover.
The cover is complete with no damage, except where a sticker has been removed - see photo.
In excellent shape for a record that is nearly 55 years old, and the rating for the cover is VG
The record will be posted in a carboard box specifically designed for packaging and posting single records
