Italian pressing, Devega DVG-STL 7202 (1972)
By far the best and the rarest Angel "Pocho" Gatti library, recorded on Devega records, home of the impossible to find Giulio Libano e i Musicals library. Angel "Pocho" Gatti is the most underrated pianist from Italy, but his style is just unique and this record is simply his masterpiece: has funk, bossa, samba and jazz. This is also the original source of the super hot and comped funk track JAGUAR (later included on Pierre Cavalli's Rio de Janeiro Swiss Lp). But all the tracks are amazing, clip opens with the killer fuzz wahwah funk lounge SABROSON, the hypnotic jazz funk ENTRE SOMBRAS, the groovy fuzz hammond funk JAGUAR, the stellar flute bossa jazz PAJAROS TROPICALES, the latin samba jazz PUNTA MOGOTES (with superb piano playing), the psychedelic lounge bossa FELICE INCONTRO, the groovy bossa jazz TIKY-BUM (again, the piano is unbelievable), the killer latin jazz & bossa GUITARRAS QUE HABLAN (with furious trumpet interlude), the soft hypnotic flute bossa ALMA CORAZON Y MUSIC and so on...
