No introduction needed, one of the rarest south America Psych folk records.
Former member of the Congregation, who during his exile in Argentina released two solo albums. Ven, Seamos màs on 1974 and the Somos el mundo in 1975. Besides these works involved in the project Sol de Chile, releasing an album in 1974. The Chilean researcher Fabio Salas defines his music as "Progressive Urban Folklore Andino". In this handmade cardboard cover album released under the label Paloma the author appears as Antonio Smit (without the "h"). Accompanied by several musicians, including piano Matias Pizarro, Angelo Taborda on drums (both ex-members of Sol de Chile with Antonio), Jorge Seleson on violin, Carlos Mezzanti taking charge of the bass, Juan Carlos Occhi, Patricia Castillo and Carlos Salcedo on flutes, and Enrique Maltz in cello, Smit deploys a number of songs in their own style so difficult to categorize, Latin American rootsy, acoustic, parsimonious in its climate and intensely poètico often witness in the lyrics. In Potada comments, signed by Manuel Paladins discussing previous groupings musician, Generation, Congregation, Machitun, Sun and Andean Philharmonic calling them "Tribes Musical", a name that sounds more gracefully than the usual expedient of "bands". Smit said: "I trust the language of music, for the synthesis involved, and the power of his magic, to penetrate hidden dimensions to simple words."
