LP-Title: Carol Kidd – Nice Work

Original UK-pressing from 1987 on LINN RECORDS, AKH 006, blue label. This C.Kidds third album, recorded in 1987, released by the Scottish high-end company LINN. Nice set of 13 jazz-standards out of the American songbook in audiophile soundquality. Extensive liner-notes on the back. I also offer an original first pressing of Mrs.Kidds "All My Tomorrows" on ALOI / LINN in my current auctions !

Condition: side 1 looks mint-, side 2 looks m-- due to 2 few mm spots having a different kind of black than the rest, this is only a visual & non-feelable pressing-artifact: both sides play in mint- all of the time. The cover has intact seams/spine with slight rub in a few spots on the seams, light wear on the right lower corner, slightest shelfwear on front & back; overall ex.

Grading & Cleaning:

the record has been cleaned on my professional HANNL record cleaning machine
after that I playgraded it (completely or at least in parts) on my Rega Planar 9, Moving Coil cartridge by EINSTEIN:TU-3 Super Fine Line ( please consider that the playback might differ a bit depending on your own equipment )
I also visually graded the record under a strong light

only an unplayed record is mint, the highest grading for a used record is mint- ! My basic gradings are: mint – ex – vg.
cleaned records are stored in a new deluxe innersleeve and they are placed in a new PVC protection-sleeve !
