Description
This album is ultra rare. A copy went for over £400 on ebay recently, and hens' teeth are easier to come by. This is the first album by the legendary Krautrock outfit. Tracks are: Kanaan, Dem Guten Schonen Wahren, Luzifers Ghilom, Henriette Krotenschwanz, and the title track Phallus Dei, which takes up the whole of side 2. There is faint wear along the top and bottom edges of the sleeve, a slight indentation along the line of the record at the top of the front of the sleeve, and, rather embarrassingly, my name is written in biro in small letters in the top left hand corner of the back of the cover, but otherwise both record and sleeve are in superb condition. This is a first UK pressing on the Liberty label, purchased new by me in 1969, and protected by a plastic sleeve for most of the last 35 years. Make no mistake - this is a very rare opportunity to acquire a very rare album in excellent condition. Don't let it slip away into the hands of one of those other bidders!
