Description
This is the original deep-groove RVG-etched "P"-pressing of Art Blakey "A Night at Birdland, Volume 2" on the Lexington Avenue labels of Blue Note BLP 1522. The flat-rim playing surface is in new condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once. The coated frame cover (no address, as issued) is in amazing condition: nearly immaculate throughout, with sharp corners and just slight rubbing along the bottom seam; slight wear along the right edge of the back slick.
Personnel include Clifford Brown, Lou Donaldson, Horace Silver, and Curly Russell.
