MONO/STEREO:  Mono
LABEL DESCRIPTION:   Blue and white label with BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC.-47 WEST 63rd-NYC address. "R" on the bottom, RVG stamp and "EAR" etched in the dead wax, also deep groove. Same address and deep groove on both sides. The photo below shows the label to be smeared, as is the other side. 

GRADE & DESCRIPTION (COVER): M-    Excellent laminated cover, nice seams and corners. Near mint in every way.

GRADE & DESCRIPTION (RECORD): VG++    Side one has a couple of small light marks that do not seem to effect play, side two is beautiful.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:     Very rare Blue Note item, an excellent record.
