* Since we are located in the state of Virginia any winning bidder from this state will be required to pay a 5% sales tax.
* Do not bid on a item if you are unwilling to pay for the item as well as the shipping and handling cost.
* Billing is handled on Tuesday and Friday of each week.( holidays may cause delays in some circumstances ).

* If you will be needing insurance on your item being shipped please inform us when requesting shipping cost.
* Shipping and handling is not negotiable.
* We require that the buyer pre-pay before we will ship the item(s).
* We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping that are not insured. We cannot control the mail services so that is why we recommend you have insurance put on your items being shipped.
* Should something happen to your item in the mail please contact us and we will get you a copy of the shipping reciept for tracking. We can either email you the information or fax it to you ( we would prefer to fax it since we will be faxing a copy of the orginal reciept to you ).
* We use UPS for all shipping and they do not ship to post office boxes or APO addresses under any circumstances. This includes people who have things such as or similar to RT.1 P.O. box 4 for a home address ( this is still considered a post office box to UPS )
* Mail order payments will be shipped to the address you provide to us with. We will keep a copy of the shipping reciept on hand along with the shipping address you provided to us for our records.
* If paying with a money order or a cashiers check (no personal checks) please email the shipping address to us so that we can have documentation for our record of the shipping address.
* Shipping is done on Monday and Tuesday's each week ( holidays may cause delays in some circumstances ). Guitar cases are done on Wednesdays.
