original over-sized 8-1/2 inch x 14 inch (folded in half) sleeve
tan labels with Brown letters "MASTERDISK" is "machine stamped" RL MOD - 001-A (PR) scratched in run off .
ORIGINAL THICK CARD STOCK (not thin paper) TAN cover.
Note extra space on either side of front cover pic as compared to the sleeve pictured on Wikipedia:

includes *13 inch* PROMO insert that was paper clipped together .
w/Lyric sheet/PROMO / bio INSERT. lots of great lines on here including:

The original owner was a Boston journalist that got it in the mail for review! and kept it with press kits, a folded misfits bullet poster and such (because of the odd size) so the actual record got bent! (see pics)
the record is not as rare as the sleeve and promo /lyric insert I can play it fine with my turntable weight but it IS dished the a side plays fine it is the b-side that is most affected otherwise vg++ (needs a little cleaning and could be flattened I don't do much to records I am selling ..I prefer for YOU to do it your way ..if I see another listing where somebody is proud to say they put MY future record on a nittty gritty blah blah blah and then they lean it against a brick wall... I'll scream)
I think requiring insurance on this is a good idea?
I will always combine shipping items ---at COST!
SHIPPING : items are VERY WELL PACKED! they are put into protective sleeves ,separated from the cover to avoid splits etc
if you agree to purchase an item you are also agreeing to the (fair) shipping charges.
PLEASE do not give me a bad Detailed Seller Rating on cost of shipping ..it is more than fair and set by eBAY! so you are agreeing to the shipping fee BEFORE YOU BID!... you are agreeing to all the costs

Canada and Italy are the WORST about getting packages through customs..again NOT MY FAULT

it is best to arrange for Priority mail and or sending the item "registered" (extra $10 although it costs me over $11.00)
again ..SHIPPING TO ITALY IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY once it leaves my careful hands .
sorry to have to add this stuff but I can't figure out how I am getting low ratings on shipping price and/or OR shipping time..
I can ship many smaller items (stickers , t shirt and a couple CD's or 6-7 7" 's )priority mail (with some insurance) for 13.99 overseas
OR 5.49 U.S. priority mail
