This peel was done by Jim Hansen (Blue Jay Way Galleries). This is the best peel I have seen. I have tried to show in pictures the few flaws. The corner side is worn a little, it's small, between 1/8 and 1/4 inch total. You can barely see it in the picture of the entire cover. The spine is not torn open but does have about an inch long wear spot on the one corner and some wear on the other (pictured) I am not an expert but trying to show all flaws as well as how beautiful this is.
