THIS LP IS IN INCREDIBLE CONDITION WITH AN AWESOME RECORD, STUNNING LABELS, AND A FANTASTIC 1ST PRESS E.J.DAY STEREO COVER!!!!  THE E.J.DAY COVER IS ALSO THE VERY EARLIEST 1ST PRESS COVER - AS IT HAS THE ANGUS McBEAN CREDIT IN THE CORRECT POSITION TO THE FAR RIGHT!!!!  THIS IS ALSO A BLACK & GOLD STEREO 1ST PRESSING - WITH DICK JAMES CREDITS ON BOTH SIDES!!!! THIS IS ALSO THE VERY EARLIEST POSSIBLE BLACK & GOLD STEREO PRESSING - WITH 1G/1R MOTHER AND STAMPERS!!!!  THAT MEANS THAT THIS IS THE VERY EARLIEST POSSIBLE STEREO 1ST PRESSING AND THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN ONE OF THE FIRST 300 COPIES PRESSED!!!!  THIS IS AN OUTSTANDING OPPORTUNITY TO OWN A REAL 'PIECE OF HISTORY' IN INCREDIBLE CONDITION!!!! THIS IS THE VERY EARLIEST POSSIBLE BLACK & GOLD STEREO 1ST PRESSSING IN OUTSTANDING CONDITION!!!!  IF YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A TRULY STUNNING STEREO 1ST PRESSING OF THIS INCREDIBLE LP - HERE IS YOUR CHANCE!!!!  DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!

This is the ORIGINAL Stereo UK Black & Gold 1st pressing from 1963 and is in STUNNING condition!!!! It is a MEGA RARE 1G/1R 1st Pressing and it also has 'The Parlophone Company' edge text, and a Polythene lined Emitex inner. It also has the ORIGINAL 'Black & Gold' E.J.Day 1st Press Stereo cover with 'Angus McBean'  pushed far to the right on the cover front. It is also IMPORTANT to note - that NOT ALL of the Black and Gold covers were like this - only the very early copies - and that is what makes this LP even rarer!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The matrix numbers are YEX 94-1 & YEX 95-1. The stamper codes are 1/G & 1/R. THESE ARE THE VERY EARLIEST MOTHERS & STAMPERS!!!!  The record also has an ZMT Tax coding. The Cat. No is PCS 3042 on the ORIGINAL Black & Gold Parlophone label (see picture) and is a Black & Gold Stereo 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Beatles at their best!!!! Any fan of The Beatles, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with STUNNING colour, beautiful sharp Gold writing, NO marks NO writing, NO wear (apart from the VERY slightest touch around the side 2 centre hole - barely ANY and NOT affecting the colour) and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!! HAVE A LOOK AT MY CLOSE UP PICTURES!!!!  IT WILL BE A VERY VERY LONG TIME BEFORE YOU EVER SEE BLACK & GOLD STEREO 1ST PRESS LABELS LIKE THIS AGAIN!!!!  THESE ARE A STUNNING SET OF LABELS!!!! AS MANY COLLECTORS KNOW - THESE BLACK & GOLD LABELS OFTEN TURN UP WITH VERY DULLED WRITING, AND HEAVY WEAR. BUT NOT THESE LABELS!!!! THESE ARE STUNNING!!!! TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  IF IS VERY HARD TO FIND BETTER LABELS THAN THESE!!!!  The vinyl is in STUNNING condition!!!! As I mentioned before - most of these Black & gold copies turn up in barely playable condition and are heavily worn. This one is NOT and is simply AWESOME!!!!  It has NO scratches, NO hairlines and only a few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ALL OF ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!!  It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and NO crackle!!!!  The sound quality is VERY impressive with NO groovewear, and NONE of the distortion so often found on these early black and gold pressings. It is VERY clear that this record wasnt played much AT ALL and with the correct STEREO needle!!!! All the tracks play STUNNINGLY and even the gaps and run off groove are as near to silent as could possibly be expected!!!! THIS RECORD IS SIMPLY AWESOME!!!!  The record must grade FULL Excellent if not better and is simply SUPERB!!!!  It will be a very VERY long time (if ever) before you get another chance to own another Black & Gold Stereo 1st Pressing in this STUNNING condition!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press 'thicker' POLYTHENE lined Emitex inner sleeve which is in STUNNING condition!!!!

The E.J.Day FLIPBACK Stereo 1st Press Cover is in STUNNING condition!!!! THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1ST PRESS STEREO COVER (with Angus McBean far right) - and is VERY rare in its own right!!!!  It has NO spinal wear (perfect side words and beautifully straight), only slight corner wear (NO splits, NO fraying, and NO nasty rounding, - all corners still retain a great shape), only a few light creases and NO writing!!!! The cover is still VERY flat looking!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back of the cover is in STUNNING condition with NO writing, NO grubbyness, and only very VERY slight yellowing (barely any)!!!! There is also NO splits, NO rips, and NO tears!!!! Not only that but the rear Flipbacks are all in PERFECT condition (MEGA rare on this cover), with NO fraying of the edges, NO dirtiness, NO loss and NO creases!!!!  This cover has to be one the BEST CONDITIONED examples of the 'earliest' 'Please Please Me' Stereo covers you will EVER see!!!! All the edges of the cover are also in OUTSTANDING condition with NO chips, and NO laminate loss!!!!  Even the bottom edge which often suffers the most is in PERFECT condition with NO chips and perfect colour!!!!  It is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to find ANY faults with this cover - and the only INCREDIBLY minor things to possibly mention (though I doubt if ANYONE else would bother) are 2 TINY marks on the back right spinal flipback (virtually invisible - less than a millimetre each!), and only a TINY bit of aging to the top right front corner!!!! THATS IT!!!!  Take a look at the pictures!!!!  This has to be one of the best 1st Press Stereo covers you will EVER see.  And REMEMBER - that this is the EARLIEST and CORRECT 1st Press Stereo Black and Gold cover with the Angus McBean in the CORRECT position (far right) - and NOT a later cover!!!!  The cover must grade Excellent(Minus) if not better and is truly STUNNING!!!!

WHAT AN ABSOLUTELY AWESOME BLACK AND GOLD STEREO 1ST PRESSING!!!!  THIS IS SURELY A VERY VERY RARE OPPORTUNITY IN THIS CONDITION AND SURELY ONE THAT WILL NOT COME UP AGAIN FOR A VERY VERY LONG TIME (IF EVER)!!!!  HAVE A LOOK AT MY PICTURES - I DO MY BEST TO SHOW THE RECORD FROM ALL ANGLES AND MAKE THE PICTURES AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE - THERE IS NOTHING TO HIDE!!!! It really is a GREAT looking LP and it is truly rare to find any copies of this RARE Beatles LP!!!! THIS WILL BE YOUR ONLY CHANCE TO BUY AN ORIGINAL 1963 BLACK & GOLD STEREO 1ST PRESSING OF "PLEASE PLEASE ME" BY THE BEATLES, IN STUNNING CONDITION!!!!
