THE BEATLES**HEY JUDE**
1970 UK Silver / Black label 'Made In Gt Britain' EXPORT Pressing P - CPCS 106 Stereo LP
In recent months , several Beatles LP's have been sold on eBay purporting to be 'Export' albums , but have not had the all important 'Made In Gt Britain' print on the labels - if labels do not state this they are Not UK Export pressings
A fabulous item ............. all Beatle bibliographies state that Export label copies of this album state CPCS 106 ........ This copy has the staggeringly rare 'P' prefix ............ The first I have seen in nearly 30 years!
Also , if you look at the label photograph , the label area has a pressing 'recess' feature
The sleeve to this album has the 'Printed and Made in Great Britain by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd' feature , with issue stated as CPCS 106
On the rear of the sleeve there is a Red / Gold ' Parlophone sticker over the Apple logo , as Apple records were only allowed to be released in most foreign countries under the Parlophone imprint .........
The bottom left hand corner has a retail outlet sticker stating 'Assanand & Sons , Nairobi , Kenya'

Condition of Vinyl:- Minimal signs of use only ............ No marks at all ............ possibly just few very very faint , small surface traces evident beneath a light ............ Outstanding sound quality throughout : Graded at EXCELLENT+ / Near MINT condition.

Label Condition:- No label wear at all , only a very light trace of spindle use only : MINT minus condition.

Condition of Sleeve:- The laminated sleeve is bright , crisp and clean ............ just a little wear only ............ No edge or spine wear ............. a few light crease traces only ............. just a little roughness along the sleeve opening ( nothing serious ! ) : The Sleeve is Graded at EXCELLENT minus condition.
Complete with a white 'Patents Applied For Made In Great Britain' Liner Sleeve ..................

Please feel able to bid with confidence , as a collector myself I realize the requirements in the gradings of sleeves and discs , and how important it is to recieve items in the condition as advertised in listings ........I grade the discs (using The UK Record Collector Grading System) beneath a light , to be sure of condition..................
I do not believe it is necessary to use the eBay buzzwords such as 'Stunning!! Rare!! Awsome!!, padded out with grossly long winded descriptions , many of the 'experts' who use this method of selling also add technical information , which is totally unfounded and incorrect to actual facts , and would be laughable , but for the fact that it is misleading........ I take time and care to grade items correctly and only list quality records, with concise and accurate grading descriptions......................
I have been a lifelong music fan , my first concert visit was in 1957 (Birmingham Town Hall Skiffle Contest!) and have bought records of all the great music since 1959 , and had the privelege of seeing most of the great artists live too (I saw The Beatles twice........and Segovia!)
I began selling professionally in 1976 , and have a wide knowledge of the items I sell , having bought copies of my own at the time of issue , always interested in the label and disc variations. If you have any queries , I will do my best to help.
