One of those that REALLY does qualify for the statement "Mega-rare".

'A' side: "Big" Joe Turner with Orchestra featuring Van "Piano Man" Walls.

'B' side:  "Big" Joe Turner with His Blues Kings. 

Pressed in England and released on London 45-HL-E 8332.

Tri-centre label with silver print.

'A' side play grades as a rock solid EX with the 'B' side playing a little better. So a really nice copy of this very rare 45.

Has a little very light crackle in the run in areas and there are x3 very quiet/muffled 'tics' from x3 tiny, light marks which are very close together and are in an area approximately 1mm. x 2 mm. about half way into side 'A'.

When tilted under normal daylight there are just a few small, faint marks visible on either side.

Under strong halogen lights there are just a few more faint marks visible. 

Company sleeve grades as EX.

Has a number in one top corner of each side.

I dispatch records in brand new, bought in mailers designed for the process. Before placing in the mailer I take LPs out of the sleeve place both in a polysleeve and between two card stiffeners and if there is a picture sleeve I place the LP in a plain sleeve to prevent knifing of the picture sleeve. [all this costs £0.80/single LP].

I USE RECORD COLLECTOR GRADINGS AND USE A +/- WHERE I FEEL THAT IT'S APPROPRIATE.

(M) MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as sealed or unplayed should be mint.

(EX) EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of being played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging may have slight wear and/or creasing.

(VG) VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

(G) GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

(F) FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

(P) POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

(B) BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.  

I normally ship within 1/2 working days of receipt of payment.

All items are shipped using Royal Mail and I always obtain proof of posting for items.
