DETAILED CONDITION:

SLEEVE: a little light wear at the centre of the spine and to the corners, otherwise Superb, laminate nice and tight..spine lettering clear: EX

INSERT: lovely..no tears or marks..just a little creasing in the polythene: EX 

VINYL - SIDE ONE: just a few ultrafine 'paper contact' hairlines only visible under very strong light, otherwise looks unplayed and plays Superbly: EX 

VINYL - SIDE TWO: as with side one.. just a few ultrafine 'paper contact' hairlines only visible under very strong light, otherwise looks unplayed and plays Superbly: EX

LABELS: just a little faint spidering , otherwise Superb..lovely and clean: EX

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
