HERE WE HAVE A SUPERB, UK POLYDOR (583 059) FIRST PRESSING (July 1969) OF BLIND FAITH'S FIRST (AND ONLY) LP - AN ABSOLUTE CLASSIC

Blind Faith's first and last album, remains one of the jewels of the Eric Clapton, Steve Winwood, and Ginger Baker catalogues, despite the crash-and-burn history of the band itself, which scarcely lasted six months.
As much a follow-up to Traffic's self-titled second album as it is to Cream's final output, it merges the soulful blues of the former with the heavy riffing and outsized song lengths of the latter for a very compelling sound unique to this band.

FANTASTIC LP WHICH SOUNDS SENSATIONAL, WITH THE 15 MINUTE+ "Do What You Like" PARTICULARLY OUTSTANDING

LABELS: The labels are CLEAN and BRIGHT with some (very) light age related spotting, moderate spindles and the original owners initials small and neat on the Side Two label - nothing major
VINYL Visual: The surfaces have their original DEEP, GLOSSY SHEEN and are practically UNMARKED apart from some pressing blemishes on Side B so often found on original copies of this LP. I have seen these before and at first glance they appear to be transference marks from the plastic of the inner sleeve but as they only ever seem to appear on Side B I so can only assume they have been there since manufacture - they have NO audio consequence
VINYL Audio: SUPERB audio delivery - CRYSTAL CLEAR, VERY SHARP and VERY STRONG. Nice loud clean cut. There are NO scratches, NO jumps, NO sticks, NO click or pops - The whole LP SOUNDS SUPERB and plays throughout with SUPERB CLARITY, NO groove-wear and NO distortion. Must be graded EXCELLENT+ for audio. TREMENDOUS COPY and NOT over-graded in ANY way as I use strict RECORD COLLECTOR grading standards (please refer to my feedback and 'about me' page)
SLEEVE: The 1st issue gatefold sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition - CLEAN and BRIGHT with just some light storage wear to the edges and delicate single leaf foldover. All text on the spine is CLEAR and BOLD. Again, the original owners initials are small and neat on the inside of the sleeve (please see close-up photos)
