This listing is for BLIND FAITH SELF TITLED ORIGINAL UK PRESS polydor 583059  The gatefold cover for this release grades a low VG+. It looks great showing very light wear no tears however at some point someone put clear tape along the bottom seam when it became unglued. The record is VG++ beautiful shape nice gloss a real nice copy. The matrix is A//2 420 03   & B//1  420  1.  This does include the original polylined inner sleeve.
