ULTRA-RARE 1975 ORIGINAL U.S. TEST PRESSING OF BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN'S "BORN TO RUN" LP WITH THE RARE COVER WITH THE TITLE IN SCRIPT PRINT! ALSO COMES WITH A PHOTO COPY OF THE 9 PAGE LETTER FROM CBS (NO ENVELOPE) AND THE RARE ORANGE PATCH WITH THE TITLE AND THE SONGS! THE COVER HAS SOME PRETTY HEAVY WATER DAMAGE AND THE ORANGE PATCH HAS SOME WATER MARKS ON HALF OF ITS SIDE. ALTHOUGH FAR FROM A PERFECT COPY, NEEDLESS TO SAY, STILL A VERY RARE AND SOUGHT AFTER ITEM! THE GRADING ON THE RECORD IS A VG (has some scuffs) and on the advance test pressing label, there are handwritten letters in ink that demonstrates the catalogue number, side, artist and title. THE LETTERS ARE PHOTO COPIES UNFORTUNATELY AND THERE IS NO ENVELOPE! THIS COPY IS PERHAPS FOR THE GRATIFICATION OF JUST OWNING ONE RATHER NEVER GETTING A CHANCE TO SEE ONE. THIS TEST PRESSING IS HIGH IN THE PRICE GUIDE IN PERFECT CONDITION. THE ORANGE PATCH HAS THE SONG "THE HEIST" LISTED INSTEAD OF THE LETTER "MEETING ACROSS THE RIVER". THE OVERALL CONDITION IS VG AT BEST!
