****************************************************************************************** ******************************************************************************************
- I will be listing several BEATLES RECORDS over the next few weeks. These are the RECORDS, ALBUMS, LPs, 45s, you just don't see out and about too often. I know there are a bunch of words that can be used to describe the scarcity of these records. I feel these words lose their significance from over use. The value of the word has become sort of common. You know the words: RARE! ULTRA RARE! UNIQUE! UNCOMMON! UNUSUAL! SELDOM SEEN! EXCEPTIONAL! MEGA RARE, ETC. Possibly you may view this offering a COMMONPLACE! RUN OF THE MILL! EVERYDAY! STANDARD! REGULAR! ORDINARY! ETC. So there you have a few words that "YOU" can apply to the BEATLES RECORDS, ALBUMS, LPs, 45s I will be offering. I feel comfortable using the words:
You are bidding on a Very Nice BEATLES ALBUM! This is "STILL SEALED!" The pictures are showing the Sealed Record and a Photo. - THE CONVERSATION ~ MAYBE:
- So, how do you think the conversation went before the famous Photo? Well...Maybe...
John to Photographer: What? You just want us to walk across the street?
Photographer: Yes Sir. Just casually walk across the street. I want you to be holding hands. John, I want you to be closest to the camera, then Paul, then George, and then Ringo. I'll take the shot on an angle, so all your faces will show.
John: No! I don't like that. That's not going to happen!
Paul: Yeah! We'll decide the order. Damn! These new shoes are hurting my feet!
Ringo: Take the bloody shoes off.
Paul: I don't want to walk in my socks. There's a hole in the toe.
George: Take your stinky socks off too. We're just walking across the street. Nobody will even notice that you're barefoot.
George: How come you didn't tell me about the suits? If I knew you guys were going to wear suits, I would have worn one.
John: Don't worry about it. We're just walking across the street.
Paul: Okay, I'll walk in my bare feet. I wonder what people will think?
John: How does this sound? We will walk in a straight line. I'll go first, then Ringo, then bare foot Paul, then George in his jeans.
Paul, George, Ringo: That sounds okay.
John to Photographer: Take a few dozens shots. We'll decide which photo we want. Make sure you get a good shot of us in the middle of the street. I think that would be the best setting.
Photographer: What about all the cars parked on the street? Should we get them to move? Maybe we should just find a different street.
John: No! We want to do this photo here. We want it shot on Abbey Road.
Paul: Hey, ya' know what? That would be a good title for the album...Abbey Road!
Ringo: Yeah, I like that. Lets keep it simple. Lets just call it Abbey Road.
George: Yeah...I think that's a good idea.
John: Good! That's what we use for the title.
John to Photographer: Ya' know what? Just for the hell of it, I want you to take a few shots of us walking back from the other side.
Paul: Wait a minute! Wait a Minute. That damn road was too hot. I'm not walking back across the road in my bare feet.
George to bystander: Hey! Hey you! I'll give you 5 pounds for those sandals.
Stranger: Sold!
George: Hey Paul. Put these on...stop crying...Lets walk back and go home!
Then Looking At The Proofs:
John: Yeah, I like this one. This is a good shot. Right on the Zebra Walk. The one with Paul barefoot.
Ringo: Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Something just doesn't look right.
George: Yeah, Yeah, Look at this. Paul is out of step.
John: That's okay.
Paul: Big deal. Nobody will even notice. Lets use the shot. I want to go. I have a dentist appointment!
John, George, Ringo: Okay! Lets go.
