Beatles Introducing The Beatles Vee Jay GENUINE STEREO LP

Cover---Better than you usually see, even when you find a mono one of these. (Photos are exaggerated and sharpened to show damage, but they do not look this bad in person.) For starters, all the seams are intact.  NONE of them are split.   Top seam has suffered very minor slick loss.  Spine has lost NONE.  Bottom seam has the most shelfwear, and has suffered moderate slick loss.  Front and back graphics are pretty good with light to moderate wear.  Had someone not written in the top right corner of the back cover, I’d have kept it for my A-list copy.

Inner Sleeve---Original Vee Jay inner sleeve is present, and in good condition.  Bottom center seam has a three-inch split.  There’s a small piece of scotch tape under the Vee Jay logo on the tab side.  Top of the sleeve is frayed, with little tears.  Glue strips are visible down both sides of the non-tab side.  Your stereo LP will ship in a generic white sleeve, so as not to further damage your original Vee Jay inner sleeve.

Label---Both labels are moderately to heavily worn.  Label style has the word, “STEREO” at the top, above the Vee Jay logo.  See photos.

Vinyl---Visually, the vinyl looks heavily played, absolutely covered in light scratches on both sides, but none of which you can feel.  I have play-tested this album, and while there is surface noise from the thick vinyl, the scratches don’t sound during playback, nearly as much as it looks like it would.  Really.  VG playback on VG- vinyl.  The “Audio Matrix” logo is in the trail-offs, as well as the “ARP” logo.  Both are heavily worn from the stampers at the factory.  The initials, “URJ” are also present.

A good first copy of this hard-to-find LP in stereo.

(Please note that due to time constraints, I have had to stop play-testing my vinyl.  However, I am happy to by request.  As these records have been in storage for many years, they will play back with crackling and tics, however; a good moisturizing and cleaning with either D4 Discwasher or a VPI machine always clears them up.  Thanks!)
