Beatles LP Help! Black Label Record Club in Shrink VG
Vinyl--- I really wished people knew how to take care of vinyl back then. This copy is only VG, having light scratches on each side, none of which are feelable.
Plates--- Both trail-off areas have the crucial insertion of the digit “8” in the catalogue number. Record club issues in the main, had also had their plates refreshed, so these plates are A1/ A1.
Cover--- The cover was kept in the shrinkwrap, which is nice, but wherever this LP was stored, it still was allowed to yellow around the edges. There is also some foxing that seems to extend slightly into the gatefold, from what I can uncover. Seams are dirty and yellowed, where the shrinkwrap is missing. What’s really cool about this copy though, is that it’s one of the rarer covers that has the “8” printed in the catalogue number on the spine. Collectors know how hard those are to come by. Gatefold appears never to have been opened.
Capitol Inner Sleeve--- Plain white, non die-cut inner sleeve, yellowed.
Labels: Labels are in really good condition with a little crackling from the years.
A good, solid VG copy of an impossible record.

(Please note that due to time constraints, I have had to stop play-testing my vinyl. However, I am happy to by request. As these records have been in storage for many years, they will play back with crackling and tics, however; a good moisturizing and cleaning with either D4 Discwasher or a VPI machine always clears them up.
