WHITE LABEL TEST PRESSING
White label test pressings are made prior to the record being issued to enable the pressing plant to establish whether the levels are correct etc. In the UK Beatle test pressing are usually destroyed or given to the artist (who may give them to friends) therefore though occassionly you get foreign test pressings of Beatles and solo releases, it is extremely rare that UK test pressings appear on the open market. As this didn't come with sleeve or track details etc. it will be provided with a standard issue of the UK album (used).

On 22-Jun-18 at 10:51:44 BST, seller added the following information: Some comments on quality of the white label record.
The vinyl is bright and clear with no visible marks and looks un played. There are no imperfections. The record has been in my possession since 1980 and as I had the album anyway I don't think I played it. There is no writing or marks on the label. Being a white-label test pressing there is no record sleeve with the record but the paper inner sleeve looks great with no marks.
I know that grading is subjective but I have tried to give as accurate a description as possible.
