Paul McCartney: Ram                      US Apple acetate

 

On offer here is  a rare US  acetate by Paul McCartney called ’Ram’ from

1971 .This 12 inch double- sided ,mono acetate has Apple label with typed titles.

I don’t know  whether this acetate version is the same or different from the released 

one,but  on  the side 2  at the song ’Back seat of..’ the typed  time ’4:24’ is crossed out ,

and instead of it there is: ’216’ by handwritten with red ballpoint (see the picture).

The previous owner of this acetate was a cameraman who worked in  the US and

UK from the  60’s to the middle of 80’s.

 

Visually graded  VG+(+), plays fine with a bit  surface noise. No skips or jumps.
