Description

PAUL & LINDA McCARTNEY - 'BRUNG TO EWE BY RAM'
This U.S. promo-only 1-sided 12" LP was distributed to U.S. radio stations in 1971 to promote Paul & Linda McCartney's LP 'Ram'.

The disc contains 15 different 30 & 60 second introductions designed to be played in between each album tracks.

They were recorded by Paul & Linda in the studio during their work on 'Ram'.

Disappointingly not included in its entirety on the new deluxe reissue.

The disc is banded and each with pauses between tracks for the D.J.'s convenience.

Counterfeit copies play straight through without the pauses.

Matrix numbers: SPRO-6210 Z1. EW/N

Vinyl weight: 137g

Housed within its original plain white card cover, complete with both letter inserts printed on 'Gold Crest Bond' watermarked paper.

A few tracks recorded from this copy can be heard on the YouTube player below:

CONDITION

Disc

Labels: NEAR MINT

Aside from a few print smudges on the printed label, both are pristine.

Visual: NEAR MINT

'Factory-fresh', deep-gloss playing surfaces which are 'as new' and mark/wear-free in strong daylight with just a few barely visible wispy paper hairlines directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp.

Sound Quality: NEAR MINT

Clearly barely if ever played, the sound is clean, clear and unworn throughout with just a touch of light background between tracks but no clicks, pops or any other such distraction.

Cover: EXCELLENT

Clean, strong and unblemished with slight storagewear but no heavy creasing, wear or any seam splits or stresses.

Inner-sleeve: NEAR MINT

Both are clean & unblemished. Apart from a few gentle handling bends on one, they are unworn and 'as new'.
