All original Beatles compositions are credited 'McCartney/Lennon' as opposed to vice versa.
Aside from the Stereo edition of this LP, this is possibly the most sought after of the British releases.
Please note that I have attempted to grade this according to 'The Record Collector' guide book (2008).
The record does have numerous surface marks/scratches which cause clicks and pops from time to time. It also has a slight warp which appears to the edge of the record. I have used a Technics 1210 turntable set to the correct speed with an Ortofon DJ S needle in order to test play the record - I have played it 4 times and on no occasion have any skips/jumps appeared though should stress I cannot speak for more sensitive equipment
Record graded as GOOD as per the Record Collector price guide
The sleeve has quite a bit of wear, a few stains and one pen mark . The bottom flip has split and taken the other side of the cardboard with it. There is also a piece of the bottom reaer of the sleeve missing (see picture) and a piece of the flip missing from the top rear.
Graded as FAIR as per the Record Collector price guide
The inner sleeve is the standard 'Emitex' sleeve as you would expect - still has the anti static plastic on the inner attached though again would grade as Good due to a few small stains and tears.
Far from Mint as most collectors (including myself) would prefer - but I would still personally prefer to play this to any of the other subsequent re-issues - has a certain quality I just love
