Description

 This item is a first press mono album released in 1965 on Capitol Records by The Beatles entitled ‘Rubber Soul’. Record label and number is Capitol Records T 2442. This first press lists the group members names on the record label but there is no ‘The Beatles’ print on the label. Record itself is in excellent condition and looks as if it was played a couple of times. Mono record labels show no spindle wear (see photos). The song ‘You Won’t See Me’ appears to have about 1/8 inch of groove wear but played beautifully when played back and that’s why I’m listing the album as being in excellent condition instead of near mint. Record was professionally cleaned on a Nitty Gritty record cleaning machine. Record cover is also in excellent condition and is still in most of its original shrink wrap. Shrink wrap is missing on the back of the cover near the spine and at the area at the bottom left corner (see photos). Album comes complete with its original Capitol Records paper inner sleeve. See photos for song listings. This album is in great condition for being over 50 years old and is a great addition to your Beatles collection! Money back if not satisfied.
