This really was the birth of progressive rock! It was the Beatles' 9th Lp and what an imapact it had. and still does have. Released on the 1st of June 1967, the album reached number 1 across the board, staying at number 1 for 23 weeks!! With a total of 148 weeks in the charts!!

Vinyl: VG. There are is a number of light needle marks to both sides. It has that lovely dull sheen. Just finished listening to side 1; there's a fair amount of background crackle, which I believe would be reduced with a professional clean. There also appears to be a very small wobble on the turn-table, but nothing to affect playback.
Side 2 also has some crackle and background pops etc...a good clean is needed.

Labels: VG+ Lovely and clean. There are light spindle marks evident when angled to the light, with only a slight bit of hole wear to both sides.

Inner Sleeve: It is a poly-lined inner "Made In England" in very good condition.
Cut-Outs: Sorry, not present.
Cover: VG+.
The front cover is still lovely and bright, as are the back cover and the inner picture..bright, Bright, BRIGHT!
The corners are pretty sharp, just light dings.
Only minimal spidering in very small crescent shapes.
The inside of the 2nd gatefold opening bears a name and a scribble.
There is a crease down the spine, but the text is still legible.
I am being incredibly critical as well as honest as possible, so bid with confidence.
Would make a very good filler for any collection...And at a very cheap price too!

Just a little note on grading: 'Mint' means I have just stepped out of the record shop in the 60's, never opened the record and kept it in fantastic dry and warm condtitons...unlikely isn't it!!
