Description
This is a vintage Beatles bootleg LP. YOUNGBLOOD was released in 1971 on Audifon/Ruthless Rhymes Ltd. Records and I bought my copy through the mail back then. This was when we finally started getting professional looking bootleg Beatle records often with color covers and records that often were about as good as legit pressings. Some are still amazing artifacts and stand the test of time. Most any rare Beatles tracks have gone on to be reissued on bootleg CD's, legitimate projects (better source/cleaned-up/remixed-BEATLES ANTHOLOGY/LIVE AT THE BBC), or can be found online. But, this was where we first discovered many new rarities via mail order. NONE of these ever came shrinkwrapped as long as I was buying them---EVER! This was a new release when I ordered it through the mail. The real deal I am a 'detail' person (wish I wasn't as obsessive).
PLAY GRADED - I use GOLDMINE Grading Guidelines
Check the larger GALLERY images. The pictures are part of the description!
DISC - Looks NM-* (except for the back of my nail made two parallel superficial marks AFTER I graded it on Side 2-it was hard to grab the edge as I was lifting it off the turntable). Test-played that part again (fine-WHEW!-I am obsessive!) and took new pics . Also on Side 1 I see a superficial scratch/mark on 'Youngblood' that I can't audibly detect anything from. All of Side 1 was recorded by a Beatle fan via their radio and a tape recorder. Overall plays NM-
COVER - Minor corner bends/wear. Front btm left has 3 extra stress marks there along the spine. o/w VG+/VG++ Shiny glossy cover.
Buy more than one LP and save on shipping. Have several Beatles 'underground' LP's listed and will try to grade more!
Domestic winner to pay $4.25 for shipping. No international bidders please! If you bid without contacting me you will get stuck using eBay's Global Shipping Program and that price. They do not let me send an invoice after that with MY international shipping price (which would be less). I pack VERY securely and rather obsessively!
Please email with questions BEFORE bidding! Payment due within 5 days of auction closing and winner MUST contact me within two days of winning. Payment by PayPal.
