VG(+). I had the utter pleasure to listen to the WHOLE of this album, up loud so I could get the real feel for the lovely audio return!
Sounded wonderful, with just light background crackle/noise-So a gentle clean will upgrade her futher, in my opinion. There are a lot of light marks to her-BUT they knew how to make vinyl back then-so NO SKIPS OR JUMPS THROUGHOUT.
FLAT AS THE DAY SHE WAS BORN.

The  Inner: VG+. ORIGINAL starred and poly-lined inner with ONLY creases.
NO writing/rips/tears.
DONE A SUPERB JOB IN LOOKING AFTER THE RECORD FOR 45 YEARS!

The Sleeve: VG. It is the ORIGINAL 1st printing of the sleeve, with the MONO and catalogue number to the top left on the front and top right on the card backing.
The unfortunate part is the fact it is a tad flat, with a squished spine and a dedication to the back in foutain pen. Just a few wrinkles to the laminate...Really nothing to worry about, but I know the perfectionists out there...
