Description
This is the 1977 album by Billy Joel 'The Stranger'...... this is a very early UK pressing with the original hype sticker still on the front sleeve.....please see photos. The LP also has the original lyric sheet Insert. The overall LP and sleeve condition are graded as Good +.
The Sleeve is graded as being in Good + condition having some light general wear all over sleeve...there is some light edge wear light creasing and marking to sleeve. The edges of the sleeve are all patent and intact.
The Vinyl is graded as being in Good+ condition. Side 1 has some light hairline marks across the disc and some light stylus marks a various parts of the vinyl...there is also a more noticeable mark at the beginning of The Stranger track but when played through had no real noticeable impact on sound quality. The audio is Good + quality with light audible static heard at the quieter parts of playthrough with some light audible crackle heard here and there also. This side played through with no skips / jumps or discernible pops also.
Side 2 has some light hairline marks across the disc and a number of lightish stylus marks a various parts of the vinyl...there is also a more noticeable mark at the beginning of the 'Only The Good Die Young track' but when played through had no real noticeable impact on sound quality. The audio is also Good + quality with light audible static heard at all the quieter parts of playthrough with some light audible crackle heard here and there also. This side played through with no skips / jumps or discernible pops also. All in all generally a good listen and audio experience. The Lyric Insert has some light general wear and light creasing throughout and is graded as being in Good + condition. LP will be supplied with a clear PVC protective cover.
