The sleeve is in excellent condition,these Matt sleeves are notorious for 

wear,this one is in great shape,fully rigid spine,just the odd little spot of very minimal edge wear,just a little wear on rear of sleeve half way down

the edge ( see pics )

The record is in excellent plus condition,beautiful shiny vinyl

I would estimate only 1 or 2 plays at most,play graded on my Linn turntable, stunning sound.

Labels are near mint condition I can only see one spindle mark on side 1

and that is very faint !.

Comes in its original poly lined inner sleeve which has some creasing.
