DESCRIPTION: Black Sabbath - Paranoid. Early 1970s Uk pressing with 1Y2/2Y2 matrix, Vertigo swirl labels, swirl inner and laminated gatefold sleeve. I got this with a plain white poly lined inner as well and the vinyl has been kept in that.This has been my own copy for many years. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Vertigo 6360 011 YEAR OF RELEASE: 1970 COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG+/EX+. Vinyl is super clean with a nice sheen and a few very light hairlines only that prevent better visual grade. Played in its entirety on my budget deck. Sits perfectly flat on the turntable. It sounds better than Excellent. Music is clear, clean, vibrant and loud. Tracks that are notoriously difficult to find playing cleanly such as"Planet Caravan" and "Hand Of Doom" play really cleanly with no background sound. Cover is in tremendous shape. It is unbelievably firm and square and has negligable edgewear, cornerwear and creasing. Spine retains great shape and is fully ledgible. I would be tempted to grade the sleeve NM but it has a couple of small smudges. Really clean inside of gatefold. Really clean Vertigo swirl labels. Check out the photos. Swirl inner is EX with light wear and no splits. Plain white "Plastic Bags can be dangerous" inner has light wear only and no splits. No writing, rips or other stickers or sticker tears. Really nice clean copy and a great sound. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER PUNK/METAL/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
