BLUES FROM MAXWELL STREET, Heritage HLP-1004, 8 page booklet included.
Condition of record is VG+, no scuffs, no scratches, no spindle marks, plays clean & quiet. Heavy duty "Folkways" style jacket shows slight wear, small (less than 1/2") seam splits at opening corners.

M = Mint. Brand new, unplayed.
VG = Very good to excellent. Some evidence of having been played, with no audible defect.
G = Good. Noticeable wear, visual and audible. Records with slight surface noise and/or scuffs fall into this category.
F = More severe damage, distracting surface noise. Only used in incidence of extreme rarity.
P = Poor condition, proves existence of record only.
