Description

Do you want an original Stereo 1st pressing but at an affordable price?....perhaps this might be of interest...please read carefully.
Please note:- This a 1st pressing stereo copy in a 1st issue Mono sleeve.
Cover (Vg+) Remains in great condition..A shiny white front cover and a rear with only slight signs of ageing. The cover still retains great rigidity and the text on the spine is 100% readable. Flip-backs are all intact and there are no hidden splits or tears. All in all an original 1965 Mono cover in great condition.
Vinyl (Vg/Vg+) Again this STEREO original 1st pressing is still in remarkably good condition and looks lovely and shiny. There are a few surface marks, but this is far from being a beaten up record - it is extremely playable with a couple of exceptions...'track 1' has a couple of marks which cause a few ticks and two non-repeating skips and there's a further one in track 2 [a shame - but that's life!]. Other than this playback is remarkably good, not just enjoyable, but pretty darn good. There's no sign of groove-wear, or any consistent background. It's very playable in fact ....and it's that illusive Stereo copy remember!
Lyrics sheet (Vg) I do not know the origin or authenticity of this lyric sheet. It's printed on stiff vinyl/paper and is the full lyric print of Desolation Row.
