It comes with "Rare Original OBI", "G/F Cover", "Folded Big Poster", "Dylan-Card", "Monitor Card (white for promotional use)" & "38 Page Fat Booklet"!! Accroding to AD on OBI, this album was issued only in Japan to commemorate his Japan tour!! Fat booklet includes "Japanese description", "Lyrics in Japanese & English" and "many photos of Dylan".

COVER: Cover is excellent in condition, except for lightly worn corners & spine. It's scraped on the surface of right-side inside gate-fold with ring-crease there & on the back. It's clean on front. Otherwise no tear, dent, strip, stain & writing…OK.
DISC1&3: Both discs are nearly TOP in condition, keeping glossy. Each disc has none of any scuff, scratch, hairline & spindle-mark on each label, which can be rated as "MINT†each. Very clean discs, I guarantee you.
DISC2: Disc2 is also nearly TOP in condition, keeping glossy. It has several spindle-mark on the label of SideA (but none on SideB). Otherwise none of any scuff, scratch & hairline, which can be rated as "NMâ€. No flaw on the groove...very clean disc, I guarantee you.
OBI: EX, being slightly creased on the surface of front & back.
BOOKLET: NM.
POSTER: Poster is still unused without pin-hole at corners.
CARD: EX (dylan-fan certificate) & NM (promotional use).
