Description

An original 1st press on the UK Pink Rim label from 1974. Matrix 2U/2U. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in a Robor printed cover. Also included is the original generic white inner sleeve and the censored back sheet. At  release the text on the rear of the cover caused some consternation amongst the conservative elite and the censors got involved. The record company were forced to provide a censored back sheet which covered up the offending text. 
Vinyl (Ex+) In beautiful condition and looks to have seen very light use. Under close inspection we struggled to make out anything more than a couple of very light marks - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an, at least, EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Hard to find fault..this copy absolutely nails the audio cor this release. A rich tapestry of some of Dylan's greatest songs on a much underrated album. Intros and inbetweens are silent and the audio comes across with perfect clarity. Interference is completely non-existent. We couldn't detect more than a couple of crackles the whole way through. FINAL UPGRADE.
Cover (Ex-) In great shape and most certainly a difficult cover to find in top-condition. This examples very well indeed with only light surface handling showing. There's very little creasing front or back - just a couple of light smudges on the rear. Edge wear is very light and the spine is 100% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex) Lightest ageing. No splits or markings.
Back sheet (Ex+) Perfect. No ageing.
