Description
Trout Mask Replica by Captain Beefheart & His Magic Band on the Straight label from 1969. this is the first UK pressing (2 STS 1053).
records have been cleaned on an Okki Nokki and test played.both discs have some faint surface marks and hairlines but nothing feelable or heavy.
it's a decent listen. there's some occasional low surface noise (very faint ticks) and perhaps two or three pops across the whole four sides.
it's between VG and VG plus really - it edges more towards the VG plus side overall.
the sleeve has age-related wear along the spine and all edges / corners.
there's ring wear front and back plus a sticker removal mark at top right.
the previous owner has put his initials on the inside of the gatefold sleeve (twice).
i would grade the sleeve as GOOD.
i ship worldwide - i've put a charge of £20 to cover this. however, this is for the most expensive location (World Zone 2).
