The product is a signed "Hotcakes" LP by Carly Simon, released in 1974 under Elektra Records. The vinyl record is in high-fidelity, stereo format with a 12" size, and comes in a cardboard sleeve. This collectible item is in very good plus (VG+) condition, making it a valuable addition to any music lover's collection. Carly had inscribed on cover in black felt-To Ira Love from Carly Simon. I am not an expert at autograph authentication, but the seller was a reputable seller on EBAY. I believe the signature to be authentic. I do not have a record player, so I cannot tell how the vinyl plays but I don't see any major scratches or scuffs.  Has been in storage for several years.  I am downsizing collections due to space limitations.
