This is the second Catch Up LP,recorded one year after the first(I offer a RI  of that record in my current auctions!).The trio-setting of the first has enlarged:there are 2 reed-players,there’s more percussion plus a second keyboard-player.Musically,the rare-groove/soul-jazz with an emphasis on Hammond/acoustic piano has transformed into a unique funk-jazz/fusion with tons of moog-,Fender Rhodes- and Clavinet-sounds.Outstanding solos by van Royen on flügelhorn and by H.Geller on soprano.I also offer an unplayed copy of Gellers rare funky 2 LP-set “An American…” on NOVA from 1975 in my current auctions!

“Birth Of The Second Life” is still one of the best LPs of its kind,it’s a rare find and this copy is in outstanding condition!

Condition:the record looks and plays in mint-.The beautiful,fully laminated cover is in mint-.

Grading:this used record has been cleaned on a prof. cleaning machine.After that I playgraded it on a Rega Planar 9 with a EINSTEIN TU-3 Super Fine Line moving coil cartridge (please consider that the playback might differ a bit depending on your own equipment).I also visually graded the record under a strong light.I give you a detailed description of both gradings.Only an unplayed record is mint,the highest grading for a used record is mint-! My basic gradings are:mint-ex-vg.As a free service,cleaned records are stored in a brandnew deluxe innersleeve and the cover will be placed in a brandnew PVC protection-sleeve!
