Description

Original recording of " la Mer ",by Charles trenet on Columbia records, catalogue No. D.C.414,in a Very good plus to excellent - condition record and sleeve see photos  Disc shows very light use from handling and play back,see photos,  reproduction of sound has surface noise,which is customary with these old discs,but is still of a VG + quality.with no dings or heavy scratches.  I test all records before listing with a 1950"s Garrard 4SP DECK,with a light weight pick up,crystal cartridge, with diamond stylus.valve amp ,single speaker,Smith n Clarke's schools deck.  All sound reproduction gradings are conservatively estimated,to the standard 78 record guide.i.e my eyes and ears and what the guide says.as we are all human?and have differences ,no one persons view will necessarily be that of another.just to cover all bases,so to speak!!
 All items will be professionally wrapped and shipped in pizza style box cardboard mailers with at least 7 cardboard stiffeners to protect while in transit.
