As stated in the heading of this listing this 'holy grail' album is in overall poor to good condition, just above filler condition in my judgment - Condition of record is poor to good with a good amount of surface marks and light scratches, and a small pit in the 'Quasimodo' track play surface which will cause a skip - outside of this skip record plays somewhat better than its condition would indicate with some surface noise and crackles, some of which may be inherent in the pressing. Labels have some contact wear and light staining.  Condition of cover is about G with some staining from exposure to light moisture, tears in the back cover slick at the bottom corners, a 1-1/2" split in the bottom edge at the lower right corner, a 1/2" split in the top edge at the top right corner, a little writing in thin blue ballpoint, some contact wear, and some wear and flaking along the edges and on the corners.   I have priced this rare and sought-after LP according to its condition as well as its rarity and collectability, I will leave it to the bidders to determine its actual value - This LP would fill a very tough opening in your modern jazz record collection until a better copy comes along.  Winning bidder pays $4.00 media mail postage or actual priority mail postage within the U.S.  I WILL SHIP WORLDWIDE - PLEASE NOTE: NEW FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL POSTAGE TO AREAS OUTSIDE THE U.S EXCEPT FOR CANADA (13.50) AND GERMANY is $20.50 - YES IT'S CRAZY, THIS IS THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE AS OF 1/27, NOT ME!!!  PLEASE NOTE: AN EXTRA $13.95 TO COVER REGISTERED POSTAGE WITH TRACKING AND SIGNATURE DELIVERY WILL BE ADDED TO ALL SHIPMENTS VALUED OVER $50.00 GOING TO BUYERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.  ALSO, DUE TO THE GERMAN POST AND CUSTOMS CONTINUING FAILURE TO DELIVER MY PACKAGES, I AM FORCED TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL $13.95 TO COVER REGISTERED POSTAGE WITH TRACKING AND SIGNATURE DELIVERY TO ALL SHIPMENTS GOING TO GERMANY.  I APOLOGIZE FOR THIS, BUT I CANNOT CONTINUE TO LOSE MONEY AND HAVE MY EBAY REPUTATION DAMAGED BY THE GERMAN POST AND CUSTOMS' INABILITY TO DELIVER MY PACKAGES.  Please e-mail me for postage rates to other areas outside the U.S.!   WINNING BIDDER PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH - IT PROBABLY WILL NOT GET HERE! I will give an immediate refund (less shipping) upon return of the LP if winning bidder is dissatisfied for any reason. Good luck!
