If you choose First Class Mail International for items weighing under 4 pounds and under $75.00 sale price,
please be aware that the reason it is the least expensive is that it is much slower, has no tracking method,
offers no proof of delivery or insurance.
I will also ship Priority Mail International (offers no proof of delivery, but does offer insurance and tracking)
and Express Mail International which is the most reliable (fastest, traceable, insurance, proof of delivery)
and safest method and therefore the most expensive.
