GOLD IS THE METAL (With The Broadest Shoulders)
Threshold House, 1987 UK. Initial Label/Imprint release, LOCi 01. Clear Vinyl Pressing Edition Set, including the Bonus - The Wheel/The Wheal 7" (LOCi 02)
Depending on source, the limitation is estimated at either 650 or 900 Copies, with a mix of Red/Clear vinyl. Anyway you slice it up, the Clear vinyl + 7" pressings are getting quite scarce these days!!
Overall, The Condition is EX+, A VERY Nice & Clean example of this RARE Set, but here's a more detailed grading description :
SLEEVE = EX+
no seam splitting or stickers/residue/lamination lift or ring wear, NICE & GLOSSSY, just shy of NM-Some very minor edge/corner wear, small creases, and a slight bumped/creased corner.
Vinyl = EX/NM-
Side One, is very quiet, while side Two has a few pops/clicks. No spindle marks or stickers/other markings to either Label. It's also flat, no wave or warping.
Picture Inner-sleeve = EX+
no splits or rips (I'll be sure to place the record in a separate Japanese Inner-sleeve for shipping btw) just slight, minor creasing to both bottom corners, one very minor.
Original Generic 7" Paper Sleeve = EX+ very minor wear/creasing as shown, no tears or splits
7" Record = NM
looks to be unplayed, no spindle markings, labels bright & clean. Record shows only extremely minor paper scuffs from slight movement within sleeve, as to be expected.
