Columbia CL 1370 original mono LP from 1959, with 1B stampers, and with a white & red Demonstration label.
Personnel is Charles Mingus: piano, bass instrument, upright bass; Seymour Barab, Maurice Brown: cello; Jerome Richardson; flute, baritone sax; John Handy: clarinet, alto saxophone, tenor sax; Shafi Hadi: alto & tenor sax; Benny Golson, Booker Ervin: tenor sax; Richard Williams, Don Ellis: trumpet; Jimmy Knepper, Willie Dennis: trombone; Horace Parlan, Roland Hanna: piano; Teddy Charles: vibraphone; Danny Richmond, Drums.
I'm calling the record Very Good – it played all the way through without any problems that would get me out of my seat - and is still enjoyable.
The Cover is maybe Fair condition, still a bit intact, but with much writing, partial splitting, masking tape remnants, and discoloration. At least the liner notes are complete. I'm guessing this was in an old jazz radio station's library
