Description
An original Columbia Charles Mingus "Mingus Ah Um" jazz LP album- CS 8171. This is the "six eye" version.
The LP and sleeve are both in VG+ condition. A very finicky collector might say VG, but I will say VG+. It looks REALLY good.
CONDITION: The SLEEVE has some light wear on the edges, but is overall very bright and colorful-- the white on the back is VERY clean overall with some light but noticeable wear in a spot or two at the very top and very bottom. (I will add more photos of the sleeve and the LP itself very soon.)
The LP itself has EXCELLENT gloss and looks like it was rarely played. I played a few tracks and there was some minor surface noise, BUT that might have been primarily my turntable and needle. (I'm not a hardcore audiophile.) The label looks fantastic. I think that all but very finicky collectors will be satisfied with this album-- it is better than any "listening copy."
