Description
This is the original deep-groove “P” pressing of Clifford Brown “Quartet” on the Lexington Avenue labels of Blue Note BLP 5047. The flat rim playing surface is in excellent condition (no groove wear) with a high luster; perhaps played once or twice. Similarly, the frame cover is in beautiful condition – bright and clean throughout – with very slight rubbing at the top center of the front; sun fading along the opening and right side of the top seam on the front. Personnel include Henri Renaud, Pierre Michelot, and Benny Bennet.
