Description
Current 93 - Swastikas For Noddy. Laylah Anti-Records, LAY 020. This original pressing comes with the lyric insert sheet, and is housed in the pictorial sleeve designed by Steven Stapleton of Nurse With Wound. This is one of Current 93's landmark albums, marking their shift towards a folk-influenced sound and it has become very scarce. The vinyl is vg- and shows some light overall surface markings and several faint hairline scratches which don't affect playback. The record sounds great, with some minimal surface noise only faintly audible during quiet moments - of which there aren't many on this album, save for Ian Read's pieces. The insert is very good with some minor thumbing marks, and the sleeve is very good - with a 2" crease to the upper right tip and the lower right hand tip.
