Important: PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BIDDING:
All records are visually graded as accurately as possible using 'Record Collector's grading system.
To try and improve accuracy further, I will sometimes add + / - where condition is better or worse.
Appraisals are very strict and in no way over graded to attract bids. I buy records myself and it can be a minefield buying on ebay. I will not give you 6 pages of nonsense writing the lyrics to the songs, pretending I know the man who pressed the record, mention the word 'Rare' 15 times or that something is 'Impossible' to get hold of. With regards to the term 'Mint', I seldom if ever use this description because it means 'flawless'. Generally all my listings are somewhere between VG and Near Mint which means they often grade above your average record on ebay.
If however, grading mistakes do occur, I am a person not a machine, it's NOT because I'm trying to rip you off! In the unlikely event that your record has been mis-graded, please let me know asap by email to work out a solution instead of leaving bad feedback or filing complaints. I will always try to help if I can.
I post all records in Quality Mailers, usually with 2 stiffeners plus I reinforce the corners to try and eliminate bends. I also use 'Fragile' tape which all postmen should understand.
Unless it is already clean, I usually prepare each record on an Okki Nokki Wash/Vac Cleaner. This makes gradings more accurate and gives you a better chance of clear playback. Please also bare this in mind if you feel you have to examine my postage fees
UK Postage prices went up in April. Any items now outside the UK, with a value of £46 or over will have to be sent via Airsure, recorded mail - No exceptions. If your item gets lost in the post it is NOT my fault.

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records listed as unplayed should be mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have some slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc
