Description
David Bowie released an album of cover songs in 1973. It was songs that he liked, and by artists that he respected. The bands covered were Pink Floyd, The Who, The Yardbirds, The Easybeats, The Kinks, and others. He called the album 'Pinups', and the cover's artwork is Bowie and a female model, looking every bit of 70s glitter/glam rock!
Up for grabs today is a special, limited edition, Record Store Day release of that vintage classic rock album, on picture disc! It will come in its die-cut sleeve, so you can see Bowie and that rather strange looking woman staring out at you! And the best part? This is STILL SEALED, and NEVER OPENED or PLAYED! Brand spanking new, and ready to come home with you! (Hey, that rhymes!) The world lost one of our generation's musical geniuses when Bowie passed away in 2016, but his legacy lives on. And his influence will last forever!
