IMPOSSIBLY RARE.
Why back in 1976 RCA records thought it a good idea to release
Bowie`s masterpiece STATIONTOSTATION in India is beyond me.
I mean who back then in India knew who David Bowie was? I could
understand it if it were today with the net and you tube etc but this
was almost 40 years ago....
But they did and in all my time as a collector I have only seen 2 copies.
The labels are magnificent and the sleeve and vinyl are excellent all the way.
The spine in in perfect condition.
Check the lables and the back of the sleeve. There is something that seems
to me just a bit weird to read THE GRAMOPHONE COMPANY OF CALCUTTA
on a release like this. Surely those words belong on some Bollywood soundtrack.
The vinyl plays superbly on the seldom seen Bowie release.
